There are many who would agree that the Divorce Professionals' Professionals have changed a lot over the years. If you were to ask a couple or the friends and family of these so-called "experts" who are in the Divorce Business, you would find that they would agree that changes in the Laws or the Divorce Process are a good thing indeed. In fact, it has been noted that more marriages have been saved through the intervention or advice of such Divorce Professionals. As a matter of fact, as things stand currently, the divorce attorneys are not serving their clients very well. The problem is that most of them seem to have forgotten their own ethics or principles. The bottom line is that most of them don't put their clients first. And I'm not just talking about financial matters! A lot of them make it a point to get their 'cases' dismissed or to settle for lesser settlements than what the client is entitled to!

The dilemma here is that there are many who try to go by the rule of thumb which says that a lawyer should always go by what's expected from them and what their client expects of them. It is considered to be unethical to go by your personal feeling and moral standards when representing a client. So, how does one balance between these two? Here is where the dilemma comes in for divorce lawyers.

It would seem as though the main guideline on this topic would be the "etiquette of the jungle". But, is this really the case? Well, the answer might be no, because lawyers, like any profession, have guidelines and rules that guide them. They are expected to maintain these rules in order to maintain their reputation. This would not apply to the Divorce Profession however. You can click here for more info about divorce.

The question is; what can we do to bring the Divorce Profession under control? It would seem that the only way to do this would be for professionals like myself to be trained to be less accommodating towards their clients. It is my belief that this is not realistic because in reality, this only happens in the minds of clients and not in reality. It would be nice if people just closed their eyes on reality but this just isn't going to happen.

I am sure there are many other things that would help but it would take too much time and I don't feel as though I can contribute much. For instance, I could give you a few tips about how to behave around your ex, but I would end up making a few suggestions that contradict each other since they wouldn't make any sense together. It would be easier for me if you told me how to behave, so that I could give you better advice. At least then you would have some objective advice. If you need objective advice, then I would recommend you check out my blog. If you want to know more about this topic, then click here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divorce.
